Contingency recruitment is the most common, straight forward form of agency recruitment. This model is based on a percentage of the basic salary of the candidates we place with you. No placement, no fee.

IG Recruit has specialists in both permanent and contract markets. We leverage our deep knowledge of international passive candidate markets & leading tech to identify, engage, and often relocate top talent from around the world.

Exclusive

Working exclusively with IG Recruit on all recruitment projects for an agreed period. An agreement between your business and IG Recruit that your roles are a priority, a more targeted approach, and speed of service.

Fractional Hires

IG Recruit offers fractional staff, which are typically part-time as well as temporary members of staff that offer their services on a contract basis. This type of service usually suits start-up and scale-up businesses, but of course, is a service we offer to all of our clients, little and large.

RPO

Outsourcing all or part of your recruitment function to IG Recruit. IG Recruit will act as an extension of your HR or Recruitment function, sitting on-site or off-site or a combination of both.

Retained

IG Recruit offers a retained recruitment solution which is based upon a percentage of the recruitment fee upfront. This will give you a dedicated resource that is exclusively assigned to your business and gives you priority over all other searches.

Executive Search

A specialist headhunting approach for senior-level (executive) roles. This is a highly tailored approach to find the right candidate when there is strong competition in the job market for top talent. Executive search is broken down into five key pillars: Establish search priorities > determine search strategy > attract & evaluate candidates > present candidates for interview > complete the search.

Embedded Consutancy

Embedded consultancy is a radically new recruitment offering, perfect for the world’s hyper-growth companies that are looking to really ramp up their hiring process. If you have multiple hires and need to scale quickly a member of the IG Recruit team will be exclusively invested in your company on a rolling contract in your offices, for a set period of time to manage your talent pipeline from start to finish.
